"As my nutritional coach, Linda has guided and supported me through my health and fitness journey before I had kids and now again, after birthing 3 babies. The first part of my journey, I learned a great deal about nutrition and I successfully hit my weight/inch loss goals. It was Linda’s dedication to my program and consistent support that kept me on track and focused on my end game. I lost 17 pounds and gained more confidence, as well as knowledge about eating well and discipline. The second part of my journey is currently in progress. Now that I have recently birthed 3 babies, battled postpartum anxiety, depression and trauma, it has not been as straight forward as before.
